Mr. Ponnada Venkatarao was one of the Founding Partners of Orbit Law Services who has extensive experience of over forty two years. He has worked as an in-house counsel for Industrial Finance Corporation of India, Industrial Development Bank of India and Reliance Group. He is now an independent legal consultant and is advising various corporate and banking institutions in the matters of strategic planning of Restructuring of Corporate Debt in India.

Mr. S. Sridhar is the former Chairman and Managing Director of Central Bank of India and National Housing Bank, India. He has a distinguished career spanning for about forty seven years with vast experience in banking and finance, and export finance, mortgage, distressed asset resolution, change management.

Mr. Sridhar is presently the Chairman of Strategic Research Information & Capital Services Pvt. Ltd. providing advisory services in areas of strategy, capital raising etc. with many business groups, financial institutions and foreign government bodies.

Mr. Rajen Khwaja is a retired IAS officer of Andhra Pradesh Cadre and former Secretary to the Government of India. During his distinguished career of 38 years in service, Mr. Khwaja has vast exposure in planning and execution of Government policies both in the State of Andhra Pradesh and Union Government and has extensive experience in the field of Economics, Infrastructure, Science and Technologies and Service Sector Ministries.

Mr. Khawaja is currently working as an independent management advisor and providing services to his corporate and institutional clients in the areas of his expertise – Government Policy and Compliances, Project Development, Planning & Implementation, Leadership Development, Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Communications Strategy, Strategy and Planning and Corporate Consulting and Learning and Development Systems.
