Experience
Hasan is an Advocate on Record with the Supreme Court of India. He has more than 7 years of work experience majorly in Corporate and Civil litigation in India.
Hasan has done his B.B.A. LL.B. from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, India in the year 2009. During his graduation he was actively involved in publishing papers and articles in renowned law journals. Two of his publications that elicited appreciation from the legal community are – “The Broadcasting Bill, 2007- A Critical Analysis” published in Judges Journal, Uttar Pradesh Judicial Services Association, July – December, 2007 Issue and “Industry Self Regulation” published in Allahabad Criminal Judgements, Lucknow Law Publishers, Lucknow, January 2008 Issue.
In his early days of career, Hasan has assisted the Senior counsels and briefed them on behalf of various corporate clients in a number of matters relating to Electricity Act and appeared before the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission. He also has experience in Domestic Arbitration.
As an Advocate, Hasan has dealt with matters pertaining to Company law, Foreign Exchange Regulation & Custom laws, Electricity laws and Consumer Protection. He has appeared before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Appellate Tribunal for Foreign Exchange, Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, The Debt Recovery Tribunal and the District, State & National Consumer Redressal Forum at Delhi.
At present, Hasan is associated with Orbit Law Services as an Off-Counsel to assisst Orbit Litigation Team in respect of various litigation assignments and appears in various Tribunal courts as an Orbit Advocate.
